Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Europe: 3–7 business days via tracked courier
United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Free shipping on orders over €200 within Europe. All other orders: a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on destination.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Returns policy

Because every Urban Fragments piece is one-of-one and made from irreplaceable material, we do not accept returns on the basis of change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@jasminehilastudios.com with a photograph of the piece and packaging. We will arrange a resolution promptly.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. We are unable to advise on exact customs charges as they vary by country.
