1. Terms of use
By accessing or using the Jasmin Hila Studio / Urban Fragments website (uneqyi.myshopify.com), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
2. Purchases & payments
All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
As all pieces are one-of-one, inventory is limited to a single unit per product. Once sold, a piece is permanently removed from the store. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is found to be unavailable due to a system error.
3. Intellectual property
All photography, copy, and design on this website are the property of Jasmin Hila Studio. Reproduction, redistribution, or use for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.
The graffiti fragments used in our jewellery are sourced from walls where we have obtained permission from property owners. Where artist attribution is known, it is included with each piece's certificate of origin.
4. Privacy policy
We collect personal data (name, email, shipping address, payment information) solely to process and fulfil your order. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as required to process payments and fulfil shipping.
If you subscribe to our mailing list, we collect your email address to send product updates and new drop announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
We store your data securely and comply with applicable data protection legislation including the GDPR.
